The staff of Trinity Church are here to help run the day-to-day operations of our church, and to care for the mission and ministry of our congregation.
Pastor Eric Taylor is passionate about grace-filled community; where we can ask the "silly" questions that everyone is thinking, be authentic in our dreams for the future, and find partners with whom to walk this journey of faith. He believes we are called to follow the Holy Spirit, even into uncomfortable places, in order to participate in God's transformative work within ourselves, the community, and the world.
Pastor Eric is an ordained elder within The United Methodist Church and attended seminary at Boston University School of Theology. He believes ministry happens at the speed of relationships, and would appreciate the opportunity to hear your story and chat over a cup of coffee. In his spare time he enjoys exploring the world with his family, curling, kayaking, and watching movies. Pastor Eric looks forward to being in ministry with you.

Trevor began serving as the Communications Director for Trinity Church in May of 2019, but he isn’t new to Trinity — or to our communications! He began as our Worship Materials Specialist in August of 2017. In this expanded role, Trevor continues to care for our worship materials, along with the majority of our other print and digital communication projects.
When he’s not at Trinity Church, Trevor is an active part of his congregation and local synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, but that only excites him more to be working with his siblings in the United Methodist Church! The two denominations became full communion partners in 2009.
Trevor is typically in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays — but he checks his email often. He’d love to hear the ideas you have to create better links of communication for the people of Trinity Church, and most especially for our guests!
Jeni is Trinity Church's Children's Ministry Coordinator. She is excited to work with the children and families of Trinity through the Sunday School program, Vacation Bible School, and other Children's Ministry events. Jeni grew up at Trinity Church going to Sunday school, confirmation, participated in mission trips, and then attended church as a member in high school. She is passionate about children growing and learning to love Jesus in a safe and fun environment. Jeni is excited to be working with a great team of staff and volunteers to expand Trinity's programs and start some fun new ideas.
Jeni lives in Beaver Dam but during the day is a 7th grade special education teacher in Watertown. She loves spending time with her family outside, playing games, traveling, and reading.
Deb Paul is a Beaver Dam native, who has years of experience providing programming for people of all ages, but especially for our 50+ population. Her family is located here in Beaver Dam and in Texas. She's had life experience that gives her depth in compassion and care. Please contact Deb to learn more about Trinity's programs that offer our retired (or close to retired) population meaningful ways to grow in faith and support each other in community.
