ADVENT a season of anticipation

The prophets of the Old Testament tell us God's people waited for their savior for centuries. As we walk through December we'll explore the prophetic writings that speak of "Come, Thou Long Expected Jesus." We will mark the four weeks of Advent together as a congregation, lighting a candle on the sanctuary's Advent wreath each week and sharing the readings that invite us to reflect on this season of anticipating Jesus, God's gift to us.
