Have you moved? Disconnected a landline? Changed a phone number or email address? We want to stay connected!

The Trinity church office, along with the ALB, is creating a photo database for our incoming pastor, Rev. Joel Certa-Werner, as well as an updated church directory for the congregation.

Please take this opportunity to upload a recent photo to help introduce yourself to Pastor Joel. The information you provide will also help us update our church records and directory. (Photos will not be shared outside the church office.)

Whether or not you would like to be included in the directory, please complete the form below to confirm your contact information with the church office. At the end of the form, you will have the opportunity to indicate whether you would like your contact information included in the directory.

To ensure your information is included, please complete the form and upload your photo by June 30. We anticipate the updated directory will be available to the congregation by the end of summer.
