Life is full of changes. Have you moved? Disconnected a landline? Changed a phone number or an email address? We want to stay connected!

Trinity's church office is planning to distribute a non-photo church directory beginning Sunday, July 14. 

Regardless of whether or not you'd like to participate in the new directory, please complete the form below to confirm all of your contact information with the church office. There will be an option at the end of the form to let us know whether or not you'd like your contact information included in the directory. Responses are due by June 27.
