Trinity Church–United Methodist is seeking a faith-filled, creative, and organized Children’s Ministry Coordinator to lead and develop ministry opportunities for children and their families. This position oversees Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, nursery operations, and other children’s programming while recruiting, equipping, and supporting staff and volunteers. The ideal candidate has a strong Christian faith, excellent leadership and communication skills, a heart for children and families, and the ability to plan, organize, and bring ministry ideas to life. Experience in program development and strong computer skills are preferred.

This position coordinates Nursery Helpers, assists with training and scheduling, maintains nursery records and supplies, and helps create a safe, welcoming environment where children and families can grow in faith and connect with the Trinity community. The ideal candidate loves children, communicates well, maintains confidentiality, and is committed to Trinity’s Safer Sanctuary practices. First Aid/CPR and Wisconsin child care certification are preferred.
