Visitation Ministry

At Trinity Church–United Methodist, Visitation Ministry serves as a compassionate extension of our church’s care and presence—reaching out with love to those who are hospitalized, homebound, or facing life’s difficult transitions. If you would you like to learn more, request a visit, or explore serving with our Care Ministry Team, reach out to Mark or the church office—we’d be honored to connect.

Purpose

The Visitation Ministry exists to offer spiritual care, companionship, and encouragement to members of our community who may not be able to regularly attend worship or church activities. Grounded in the example of Christ’s love, this ministry ensures no one walks alone through illness, grief, or isolation.

Mark brings experience in pastoral ministry, a heart for service, and a commitment to spiritual growth.

Led by our Visitation Minister, this ministry provides:

  • Hospital & Home Visits

Offer prayer, comfort, and a caring presence for members facing health challenges or recovering at home.

  • Support for the Elderly & Homebound

Regular visits and connection for those no longer able to participate in person, reminding them they are still an important part of the Trinity family.

  • Pastoral Presence

Provide on-call pastoral care, officiate funerals as needed (in coordination with the Lead Pastor), and participate in worship leadership.

  • Confidential Spiritual Support

Listen, pray, and walk alongside individuals in moments of vulnerability with confidentiality and compassion.
